Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Incredible experience. I insisted i wanted my O ring back from my old oil filter. The stupid design of it has killed sooo many engines bcs of bad seals- where mechanics forget to take the old o ring off and/or install a filter that doesnt come with an o ring. The tech looked very confused and i kept trying to explain why this was important to me. The older gentleman/manager (i presume) came over and let him know that i want it back because i dont trust them to properly deal with the dumb filter predicament. Haha so true, when it comes to something this important i am not very trusting with a shop ive never been to. I am amazed at how perceptive he was. Especially as a woman. I told them i indeed have trust issues, and they did as i asked. They showed me the old o ring on the filter, and my new oil level. Thank god, because i would lose sleep for months if they didnt. It was the perfect color halfway between the dots. They did this VERY quickly too. Quicker than i could do at home. Though I would like to see at least 1 woman mechanic working there, i appreciated the racial diversity of the shop. They also have coupons online and are more affordable than other options in the area.

Terrance and Key is the goat. I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline location. After dealing with poor customer service at another location earlier. these employees really stood out. Both workers were professional, respectful, fast, and very customer-oriented the entire time. They explained everything clearly, made recommendations without being pushy, and actually seemed to care about giving good service instead of just rushing me through. They even tried to upsell services in a professional way that showed they cared about maintaining the vehicle and helping the company. This was honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Both employees deserve recognition for their customer service and professionalism. 5 stars for sure. Not to mention me and Terrance share almost the same name. Give them young men raise or some

I just had my car serviced by Bri and Terrance and they were both outstanding!!! They were both very professional and explained in great detail the services I needed and future things to monitor and be on the lookout for. If you are in need of an oil change or to have your vehicle serviced, you will not be disappointed if you come to Valvoline Instant Oil located at 1109 E Lamar Blvd in Arlington, TX. Some of the best service I've ever had!

I had a great experience at this Valvoline location! The manager was incredibly professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The service team was just as impressive—quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The whole process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and honest oil change!

At Valvoline Instant Oil Change on E Lamar Blvd in Arlington, TX, I had an excellent experience with the staff being careful, sweet, and respectful throughout the entire oil change process. There were no pushy sales tactics, just straightforward, honest service. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. One of the mechanics, a friendly and skilled young woman whose name unfortunately I forgot, did a fantastic job and made me feel comfortable. The place was clean and well-organized, and the customer service made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location!
